Some work of fiction, possibly Varley’s Steel Beach, mentions a service called First Footprints that takes tourists to untrodden parts of the Moon.

The regolith, unlike the sand of your Earth beaches, is hideously abrasive because the grains have not been tumbled for eons by the waves. Better to have the soles of your boots molded to the shape of your bare feet.
