Note, that the hexagons do come in parallel pairs here. Accordingly this polyhedron can be blended with narrow hexagonal prisms. The outcome then would be the right, then just isogonal polyhedron 12S-24R-6O. The edge ratio of those prisms then would be S : L = h : w = sqrt(3) : (1+sqrt(2)).
As abstract polytope quitco is isomorphic to girco, thereby replacing octagrams by octagons.
