This one can be obtained by chopping off the vertices of an ex in a similar way along cycles, as is done for gap. Accordingly those vertex pyramids (ikepy) would intersect themselves, resulting in pappy instead. Instead of using just 2 cycles (as for gap), here 12 such swirling cycles are used, leaving no tet any more.
The sisp vertex figure is a faceting of ike, having 10 (x,x,x,f)-trapezia.
As abstract polytope sisp is isomorph to gisp, thereby replacing pentagons by pentagrams, resp. replacing pap by starp.
