2gaghi+2paphacki (?) is an edge-faceting of the small stellated hecatonicosachoron (sishi), which looks like the compound of 2 coincident gaghi with 2 coincident paphacki. In fact, the vertices coincide by 12 each, further edges coincide by 6, pentagons by 4, and all other elements by pairs.

As abstract polytope 2gaghi+2paphacki is isomorphic to 2sishi+2paphicki, thereby replacing pentagons by pentagrams, resp. replacing gad by sissid, and pip by stip.
