This compound has rotational freedom. Starting at φ = 0° with a completely coincident overlay of 6 tetrahedra, rotating 2 tetrahedra each, thought of as 2-fold antiprisms, around their common axis in opposite directions. At φ = 45° the overall tetrahedral symmetry becomes octahedral. This special case (without rotational freedom) is snu.
This is the hemi-version of dis.
This compound can be vertex-inscribed (with full rotational freedom) into risdoh in the same way as each individual tet will be inscribed into each of those cubes.
