This is a scaliform edge-faceting of a Grünbaumian double-cover of the small rhombated pentachoron (srip). The additional 20 hexagons are the diagonals of the former cuboctahedra (co), the additional 40 triangles are used to produce a quadruple coincidence of a tetrahedral subset of the so far only doubled up octahedra (oct).
