Searching for an update, I find <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pilc.net\/CLIENTS2.html\">this from Public Interest Litigation Clinic<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p> On April 29, 2003, the Missouri Supreme Court issued an opinion granting Joe a writ of habeas corpus finding that he had established by &#8220;clear and convincing evidence&#8221; that he is innocent of the murder of Gary Barber.
