Have you decided on a final indulgence? .&nbsp;.&nbsp;. Are you thinking what I think you&#8217;re thinking?&#8221;  &#8220;It&#8217;s only a short drive.&#8221;  &#8220;Last time?&#8221;  &#8220;Last time.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>So Lady Tavistock went to McDonald&#8217;s to fetch a hamburger and a shake.
